Occupational Therapy (OT) aims to help someone improve their ability to complete everyday tasks, e.g. moving around their home; using the bathroom; getting washed and dressed; making food or drinks; doing the shopping; socialising with friends or family; taking part in hobbies or working.
Your ability may be affected by a recent illness, fall, loss of confidence, disability, temporary or long-term conditions or age-related changes.
Occupational Therapy is a holistic collaborative approach to help you reach your potential, overcome and adjust to challenges and live a more happy and fulfilling life.
